TAJINE BEBOLA IKAN ALA MAGHRIBI

BAHAN – BAHAN

UNTUK BEBOLA IKAN
500 gram Isi Ikan
4 camca besar Serbuk Roti
1 biji Telur (Dipukul)
Secubit Serbuk Buah Pala
3 camca besar Daun Ketumbar( dicincang)
Serbuk lada sulah
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

UNTUK SOS TOMATO
2 biji Bawang Putih (Dicincang)
2 biji Tomato (Dibuang kulit dan dicincang)
3 camca besar Puri Tomato
1 camca teh Serbuk Cili Cayenne.

CARA – CARA
1.   Untuk membuat sos, tumis bawang putih sehingga naik bau.

Kemudian masukkan tomato, puri tomato, gula, garam dan serbuk cili cayenne.

Masukkan air dan biarkan mendidih dengan api kecil.

Untuk bebola ikan, campurkan semua bahan dan kacau sebati.

Gunakan tangan untuk membuat bentuk bebola.

Masukkan bebola ikan kedalam sos tomato dan biarkan ia mereneh dengan api perlahan selama 20 minit.
