Lemang Kampung

Resepi pilihan iresepi kali ini adalah  Lemang Kampung:-

2kg beras pulut
5 biji kelapa
4 batang buluh lemang
Daun pisang muda
Garam secukup rasa

Cara membuat
  1. basuh beras pulut. kemudian toskan airnya
  2. Masukkan Daun pisang kedalam buluh.
  3. masukkan beras pulut tadi kedalam buluh.
  4. masukkan garam secukup rasa kedalam santan.
  5. Tuangkan Santan kedalam buluh berisi beras pulut tadi.
  6. bakar buluh dengan api sederhana. balik-balikkan buluh setiap 10 minit sehingga masak.
  7. Siap untuk di hidangkan bersama Serunding ayam/daging.
