RESEPI SUP TULANG MERAH

RESEPI SUP TULANG MERAH (BONE STEAK)

BAHAN- BAHAN (HIDANGAN 4 ORANG)

1 kilo tulang kambing *- cuci bersih
3 helai daun pandan*
1 btg serai*
4 ulas bwg putih*-diketuk
1 ibu jari halia* -diketuk
(Bahan2 * di atas disatukan di dlm periuk besar dan masukkan air secukupnya hingga paras tulang)

Goreng tanpa minyak /kisar halus
2 sb ketumbar biji
1 sb jintan kasar
3/4 sb jintan halus
1/2 sb lada hitam/putih

10-15 tangkai cili kering
10 ulas bwg merah
5 ulas bwh putih
1 botol besar tomato sos
2 sb kicap manis
kobis,carrot,kentang -dipotong ikut suka
1-2 biji bwg besar - dibelah
cili hijau - dipotong
2 biji telur - di kocok
Daun sop/daun bawang atau daun ketumbar
1/2 cwn bawang goreng

CARA-CARA
1) Rempah yg digoreng dan dikisar di masukkan ke dlm rebusan tulang dan rebus hingga daging pd tulang empuk kemudian renehkan (jika tiada pressure cooker, perlu rebus hingga 4jam)

2) Sediakan kuali, tumis Cili kering,bwg merah,bwg putih dan sehiris halia dikisar - kacau, setelah garing, tuangkan ke dlm rebusan tulang tadi dan gaul rata.

3) Masukkan kobis,cili hijau,carrot, kentang,bawang hiris,sos tomato,kicap,garam dan gula secukup rasa dan gaul rata dan masak hingga sayuran empuk.

4) Tambahkan 1/2 bhgian daun sop,daun bwg(daun ketumbar) dan bwg goreng dan gaul rata lagi.

5) Akhir sekali tuangkan telur ke atas tulang dan tutup periuk dan masak hingga telur pekat.

6) Ketika menghidang, tabur lebihan daun2 dan bwg goreng.
